FS type flat flow dissolved air float is designed on the basis of in-depth study of the same type of air flotation equipment at home and abroad, through engineering practice, a lot of operating experience and continuous improvement. This series device has added a horizontal reaction chamber, a diversion buffer partition, improved the scum removal method, and further improved the air flotation effect, with strong adaptability.

Scope of use

(1) Electroplating wastewater: mixed wastewater containing a variety of metal ions, such as Cr3+, Fe3+, Cu2+, Zn2+. After treatment by the equipment, the removal rate is 90%

Above, the emission standard can be reached, but the total content does not exceed 50mg/L.

(2) Papermaking white water: COD removal of 80%, the treated water can be recycled. The pulp fiber can be recycled with a recovery rate of 90%.

(3) Printing and dyeing, bleaching, wool spinning wastewater: COD removal of 55 ~ 70%,BOD removal of 50%, chroma removal of 70~90%.

(4) Tannery wastewater: remove a lot of organic matter, COD removal 60~70%, suspended solids removal 80~90%.

(5) Slaughter wastewater: remove a lot of organic matter, COD removal 65~80%, suspended solids removal 80~90%.

(6) Chemical wastewater: pigment paint COD removal 60~70%, rubber wastewater COD removal 70~80%.

(7) Bathing wastewater: NTU is stable below 10 degrees, and the bacteria in the water have a significant decline.

(8) Refining wastewater: emulsified oil and vegetable oil can be reduced to less than 10mg/L, and the effluent reaches the degree of clarification.

(9) The NTU of food processing and drinking water can be reduced to less than 5 degrees, and it has a good effect on the reduction of chroma oxygen consumption.
